What we do

A freight company handles thousands of carrier invoices and customer bills a month. Most of it still runs on email attachments, rates looked up by hand and a spreadsheet one person owns.

The cost shows up as late payments, short-pays nobody chased, disputes without evidence, and a finance team keying data instead of making decisions.

  1. 01 Source rates Run an RFQ, collect carrier responses by portal, Excel or email, and award into rate cards.
  2. 02 Quote and ship Quote from rate cards. Take booking requests from shippers. Track the shipment.
  3. 03 Ingest and match Carrier bills arrive by API, email, upload or CSV and match to the shipment, BL or container.
  4. 04 Verify Charges are checked against agreed rates. Variances are flagged, and disputed amounts are frozen.
  5. 05 Approve and pay Maker-checker approval, then ACH or wire on the rails you connect.
  6. 06 Reconcile and close Double-entry ledger, daily reconciliation, and journals to QuickBooks. The books close.

Freight Finance OS is quote-to-cash for brokers, 3PLs and forwarders.

It sits on top of the TMS you run today, or runs the load itself. Your team works the exceptions. The system does the rest.

Rates and RFQs

Carrier and shipper rate cards with lanes, equipment and charges, and an approval workflow. RFQs run through to award.

Invoice matching

Three tiers: shipment ID, then BL group, then container. Exceptions go to a person, not to a queue nobody owns.

Disputes

A variance against the agreed rate becomes a dispute in one click, with evidence attached. Disputed funds cannot be paid.

Payments

Immediate and scheduled ACH and wire, with reversals and failure handling. Approvals come before money moves.

Ledger and close

Double-entry journals per legal entity, daily reconciliation, and tie-out to your accounting system.

Visibility and portals

Container tracking, reefer alerts and demurrage and detention risk. A portal for shippers and secure links for carriers.

  • The books balance. Debits equal credits on every transaction, enforced in the database.
  • Every change is logged. Every mutation on a financial table writes an audit event.
  • Maker and checker are different people. Enforced at the data layer, not only on the screen.
  • AI never moves money. It can map columns, score risk and draft dispute text. It cannot start, approve or execute a payment.
  • Tenants are isolated. Financial data is scoped to your organization on the server.
